Ingredients for oat tarts
- 1 banana
- 50g oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Ingredients for filling
- 1 pot Fancy Plants Rice Pud Vanilla
- 100ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp keto creamer coconut milk powder
- 1/2 mango
- Coconut flakes
- Corn flakes
Here's how:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Mash the banana and mix with the oats. In the mould, add the coconut oil and then the mix of oats and banana to form the tarts
- Bake tarts in the oven for 10 minutes
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan together with the coconut keto milk powder and when it starts to boil, add the Rice Pud and reduce to low heat.
- Stir for 10-15 minutes until you get a creamy texture.
- To form our tarts, add the Rice Pud and coconut milk mix with the mango, finish with corn and coconut flakes and ...ENJOY
