Raspberry Smoothie Rice Pud Breakfast Bowl

Our friend Talida at Hazel&Cacao created this delicious breakfast bowl, just for us.

Talida tells us she's a real sweet tooth who loves eating all the smoothie bowls and porridges for breakfast. But, she also needs something that will keep her going to lunchtime. So, this delicious breakfast bowl is the perfect balance of sweet and tasty, while being filling and nutritious — a real win, win!

Ingredients:

  • 2 x pots Fancy Plants Rice Pud Vanilla
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 150g silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder for colour (optional)

Here's how:

  1. Empty the pot of Rice Pud into a small bowl and gather to one side of the bowl.
  2. In a blender, blend together the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour onto the other half of the bowl next to the rice pudding.
  3. Decorate with extra raspberries or toppings of choice, and enjoy!
