Rice Pud Berry Crumble

Rice Pud gets a very berry makeover thanks to @goodnessavenue.

Combining two classics into one extra fancy dessert.

This creamy, crumbly baked breakfast dish brings together so many of our favourite things — sweet juicy berries, chewy oats and our plant-powered Rice Pud. It's also completely dairy-free, vegan, high in calcium and ready in minutes. What's not to love?

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • dash of cinnamon + vanilla
  • 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 2 pots of Fancy Plants Rice Pud Vanilla
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Here's how:

  1. Combine the crumble topping ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Pour the 2 pots of Rice Pud into a small baking dish, top with berries and sprinkle with crumble.
  3. Bake at 180C (320F) for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
