2 x Fancy Plants Chocolate Chia Pods
1/4 teaspoon each (or a good pinch!) of nutmeg, ginger, cloves and cardamom
1/2 teaspoon of coconut sugar (if you like your chai a bit sweeter)
- Spoon the Fancy Plants Chocolate Chia Pods into a bowl and mix through the spices and sugar.
- Leave to infuse for 1/2 - 1 hour.
- Spoon the mixture into a mug and top with almond butter (or your favourite nut butter).
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and decorate with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
