You'll need:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tbsps coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 tbsp of nuttlex or non-dairy butter
2 tbsp non-dairy milk of your choice
A pinch of cinnamon
Here's how:
- Place banana slices, sugar, "butter", "milk" and cinnamon in a small frypan over medium heat.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally and making sure to flip banana slices to ensure they're totally covered in the caramel mixture.
- Empty a pot of Vanilla or Chocolate Fancy Plants Chia Pod into a bowl
- Spoon the bananas and caramel on top, and sprinkle with your favourite crumbly topping.
- Enjoy!
