Rice Pud & Banana Oat Tarts

Breakfast just got a whole lot cuter.

Fancy-up your breakfast with these cute and creamy oat tarts, courtesy of @feeltheflavour.

Ingredients for oat tarts

  • 1 banana
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Ingredients for filling

  • 1 pot Fancy Plants Rice Pud Vanilla
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp keto creamer coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 mango
  • Coconut flakes
  • Corn flakes

Here’s how:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Mash the banana and mix with the oats. In the mould, add the coconut oil and then the mix of oats and banana to form the tarts
  3. Bake tarts in the oven for 10 minutes
  4. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan together with the coconut keto milk powder and when it starts to boil, add the Rice Pud and reduce to low heat.
  5. Stir for 10-15 minutes until you get a creamy texture.
  6. To form our tarts, add the Rice Pud and coconut milk mix with the mango, finish with corn and coconut flakes and …ENJOY
